If you're planning Sunday around the Browns, Todd Monken made it official Friday: Shedeur Sanders starts at New Orleans. Deshaun Watson is in concussion protocol and listed as questionable.

Watson returned to practice on a limited basis Friday but took no team reps, and Monken isn't sure Watson would be active even if he clears the protocol Saturday. Sanders took all the first-team reps Wednesday through Friday. “I liked his confidence,” Monken said.
