If you own a home in Cuyahoga County, this vote could change your tax bill. Issues 10 and 11 each had more than 60% of the vote in unofficial results Wednesday morning. Early counts of mail-in and early in-person ballots had both well ahead. Issue 10 is for the Board of Developmental Disabilities. Issue 11 is for health and human services.

- Issue 10: $78.75 more per $100,000 in home value
- Issue 11: $87.50 more per $100,000, up to 7.2 mills
- Issue 11 total: about $196 per $100,000 in valuation
- Both levies run 10 years
Issue 10 is the board's first property tax increase since 2005. CEO Amber Gibbs said, "We have gone 21 years without asking voters for more money." Had it failed, the board planned to try again in 2027 and 2028. On Issue 11, Executive Chris Ronayne has said HHS-funded departments would have to cut budgets at least 8% next year without the money.
Issue 11 would bring in more new money than Issue 10
